Job summary

WSP (Asia) Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead data centre projects from inception to delivery. You will manage programmes, budgets, risks, and stakeholders while coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in project management software and BIM/digital delivery tools.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with BIM, data analytics, AI applications, or digital project delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, proposals, presentations, and meeting records.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.
• Support business development activities, including client engagement and tender submissions.
• Contribute to innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development, where appropriate.
