Job summary

Colliers in Hong Kong seeks an early- to mid-career Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager to support delivery, liaise with clients and vendors, and assist from concept to construction documents. The role involves cost estimation, tendering, contract admin, procurement support, and on-site supervision with a focus on fast-paced, international projects.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, 1–4 years’ experience in commercial real estate projects, strong English/Chinese, and solid

Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in running commercial real estate projects.
Experience in fit-out / office refurbishment / retail projects preferred.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
Experience delivering international quality projects via in-house or external providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery and execution of the project/s assigned.
Liaise with owners/clients, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, vendors and service providers.
Assist the design management process from concept through construction documentation.
Prepare cost estimation and manage tendering and contract administration.
Support procurement activities, manage contracts and services for owners/clients.
Supervise construction works on-site and coordinate trades.
Prepare and maintain project schedules.
Identify, track and mitigate project risks and address issues promptly.
Ensure proper project close-out and handover to clients/owners.
Monitor project financials, track invoices and support timely payment collection.
