Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and coordination of Construction and Renovation works
• Monitoring site progress and liaison with Sub-contractors and Direct Labours
• Efficient co-ordination with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• Preparation of drawings, method statement, material submission and other paper works
• Preparation of quotations and on-site supervision for MVAC, Electrical and MEP works

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and preferably in degree level with minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Literacy in computer software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Photoshop
