Job Description

As a Product Manager – AI & Automation Process, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and implementation of AI and automation processes within the banking and financial services department.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and improvements.
• Monitoring product performance and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Managing product roadmaps and timelines to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Driving innovative approaches to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager – AI & Automation Process should have:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the system roadmap, with a focus on minimum viable products (MVPs) for key monitoring modules (e.g., monthly sales and settlement trends, seasonality coefficients, LTV ratio alerts).
• Process & Data Integration: Map end‑to‑end workflows for monitoring sales, fund flows, inventory, settlements, litigation, and warehouses; orchestrate data ingestion from diverse sources, including Amazon APIs, payment gateways (e.g., LL/PP/AWX), Qichacha, and client documents, to enable unified analytics.
• AI/ML Feature Development: Design user stories and prototypes for AI features, such as probability of default (PD) models, natural language processing (NLP) for adverse news and litigation screening, and predictive forecasting for sales and repayment behaviors; integrate AI agents for real‑time analysis.
• Automation & Alert Ownership: Build and iterate automated pipelines for alerts.
• Launch & Iteration: Lead Agile sprints using Jira and Scrum methodologies, from ideation to user acceptance testing (UAT) and go‑live.
• Performance & Reporting: Develop executive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key trends (e.g., moving averages, gearing ratios, inventory days available); train teams on the system and iterate features based on feedback.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and other teams to embed AI across the company, ensuring compliance and user‑centric design.
