AMG Financial Group in Wan Chai, Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Officer for Project Management & Business Support on a 12-month contract. You will gain hands-on exposure across departments and explore how AI and digital tools can transform daily operations.

No technical background is required—just curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn. Strong English and Chinese communication, analytical thinking and an eye for process improvement are valued.

Qualifications

• University graduates in any discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and willing to take on hands-on tasks.
• Creative and open to exploring new ideas and technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks across different departments.
• Gain firsthand understanding of existing business processes and workflows.
• Review current working practices and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline or automate repetitive tasks.
• Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and new ways of working.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product & Training, Compliance and other departments on business improvement initiatives.
• Participate in other business projects and assignments as required.
