A challenging opportunity has risen in our Issuer Services business - Corporate Services team! Corporate Services (COS) is our primary department within our Global Core Operations to coordinate all services provided to our listed issuer clients, including corporate actions execution, dividend payments disbursements, shareholder communications and shareholder meetings support. COS would often interact with other departments within Operations to achieve these objectives, to ensure a timely service delivery that is also compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
The Assistant Officer will manage and administer a portfolio of client accounts, and work closely with internal teams in providing relevant services to Hong Kong listed companies. This role will be responsible for day-to-day operation in the team.
To ensure the services to clients are delivered on time, this role requires strong coordination and communication skills, good in time management and a detailed-mind is essential for smooth operation. This role is preferred to have a university degree in business related discipline to truly understand the business and succeed in this role.
