With licensed entities around the globe in each of our core markets, the Asset Services division is a key pillar across Computershare’s enterprise. Its primary responsibility is to provide Dealing & Custody related activities (i.e. Custody/Execution & Settlements), for both the Investor Services and Plan Managers’ businesses.
The Dealing Officer is responsible for handling the operational delivery of all Dealing related activities for the HK Registry & Plans related businesses. They must ensure all manual orders execution are completed with accuracy, within agreed timeframes and ensure strict adherence to Hong Kong regulatory / Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) requirements and all applicable market standards. The Dealing Officer will work closely with our appointment counterparties and internal stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are executed and delivered within agreed timeframes whilst providing technical support and solutions for new and existing Dealing related products and services. In addition the Dealing Officer will also support any reporting requirements (regulatory or operational), consult with the business to provide execution solutions where dealing outcomes are unknown and have a team first mindset to ensure any other non-BAU-related tasks or activities are delivered in line with agreed timeframes.
