Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a Valuation/Consultancy professional to support and grow the Value & Risk practice across the region. You will develop client relationships, promote JLL’s valuation services, and generate new business with attention to client needs in Hong Kong.

The role involves delivering accurate valuation/consultancy assignments, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to expand service coverage. Cantonese fluency plus Mandarin/English ability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years’ experience in real estate.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese; able to communicate in Mandarin and English; proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop Valuation Services presence and fee generation opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of Value & Risk Advisory database and operating procedures.
• Foster existing client relationships and cultivate business for the team.
• Undertake and deliver accurate valuation/consultancy assignments in timely manner.
• Provide high quality real estate valuation/consulting services focused on Hong Kong.
• Prepare real estate valuation/consultancy reports and presentations.
• Promote other activities with JLL.
