Job summary

Gemini Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow SME lending by coordinating channels across branches and direct channels, and to help formulate and launch marketing campaigns that deliver against business targets.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or Marketing, has at least five years of retail banking experience, and can communicate fluently in English and Chinese while managing under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of banking products, operations and marketing activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute effective business development strategies and marketing plans to achieve bank's objectives.
• Coordinate sales channels and supporting units to grow SME lending.
• Design and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Work with internal departments to support program launches.
• Assess and incorporate latest regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proactively analyze competitors' activities to understand market trends.
• Monitor campaign response and prepare program results tracking.
• Budget and expenses management including invoice settlement.
• Assist to conduct regular sales performance reviews.
