Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• 5 years of experience in retail banking; branch operation exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products, operations, marketing, segment management, and management skills.
• Good English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategies and marketing plans to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate sales channels and supporting units to grow SME lending.
• Design and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns to acquire customers and cross-sell products.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support program launches.
• Incorporate latest regulatory and compliance requirements in execution.
• Monitor campaign results and track performance.
• Budget and expenses management including invoice settlement.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews.
