Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced SME banking professional to support routine SME account operations, AML compliance, and service requests. You will coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and amendments, while assisting supervisors in process improvements and ad-hoc projects.

The role requires 5–8 years in SME banking with AML exposure, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Form 5/ DSE full certificate or Diploma.
• 5–8 years banking experience in SME banking and AML.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Detail-minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Support routine SME account operations to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and departments on AML, remittance, service requests and amendments.
• Handle SME client emails and written inquiries including progress updates and document collection.
• Assist supervisor in structuring operations and meeting service standards; support ad‑hoc projects.
• Assist Account Manager on problem solving; escalate to senior as needed.
