Manulife John Hancock Hong Kong is seeking a senior reporting and data-dashboard specialist to maintain the Banca Dashboard, clean data, upload pipeline files, and support digitalized sales reporting.

You will ensure commission reconciliation, prepare executive reports for Operating Committee, manage marketing campaign tracking, and deliver accurate KPI analyses with advanced Excel techniques.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance and updates of the Banca Dashboard, including data cleaning and the systematic uploading of pipeline files, staff structures, and KPIs; actively contribute to the ongoing digitalization and integration of sales pipeline and sales summary reporting.
• Ensure financial accuracy with commission reconciliation and commission tracking, including Commission Spreading, Tactical Commission and Updated commission Payment Log.
• Compile and update executive-level reports for the Operating Committee, including key metrics such as product mix and customer demographic.
• Manage tracking for customer offer campaigns and appointment gift records, project management for marketing events with on-site logistical support.
• Reports preparation including incentive programs results , internal engagement reporting, and celebration party funds tracking

Required Qualifications

• Degree holder
• 5+ years of work experience in life insurance industry
• Responsible and attentive to details

• Good problem-solving skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong PC and Strong in Excel skills including : Formulas including XLOOKUP, multi-condition logic (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/AND/OR), dynamic arrays (FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE).
• Summarization & Aggregation like building dynamic Pivot Tables.
• Data Auditing including Data Validation rules and Conditional Formatting logic.
