Job summary

KOS International Holdings in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales Planning to drive sales performance across the North Asia zone. The role demands analytical rigor, data management, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will build forecasts, develop demand planning at SKU level, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as supply chain, business admin, or operations.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain or sales planning.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and enterprise planning tools (SAP/PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts with budgets and strategies.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand.
• Collaborate with merchandising and finance to align forecasts with objectives.
• Create sales reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Monitor KPIs and update weekly with headquarters to align trends.
• Support inventory management and demand planning at sku level.
• Maintain data accuracy and manage dashboards for insights.
• Provide analytical support for product launches and events.
