Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager, Business Operation and Planning to strengthen our supply chain and operations planning team in Wanchai.

The role focuses on formulating business strategy to improve KPI, inventory control, and coordination for stock forecasting, aging risk, and shipments, while supporting budget planning and ROI analysis, with close collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience which can work with team to complete the required task in definite timeline.
• Bachelor Degree or above in any disciplines.
• Demonstrates organizational, planning, and execution skill.
• Seeks accuracy with a strong attention to details.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Immediately available will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business strategy to improve the SCM/Operation KPI assign by management team and prepare the execution plan to measure/monitor/improvement suggestion against the KPI target (WOS/Aging/Sales Bias/AP1&2 sync rate/SO forecast accuracy).
• Adopt the company SCM methodology to create the tactical activities for stock forecasting, inventory control, aging risk highlighting and shipment coordination.
• Assist management in budget planning and ROI analyzing and evaluation.
• Assist management team with special project data collection and co-ordination.
• Conduct market data research and provide insights from the data.
• Prepare comparison table for forecast number against target and execution plan.
• Monitor & Analyse the trend of sell-in/sell-out and highlight any abnormal trend PM and sales for operations improvement.
