Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Planning in Hong Kong. You will sit at the heart of luxury fashion, turning seasonal buy decisions into floor-ready plans, collaborating with product, commercial and supply chain teams.

You will own the sales plan for ready-to-wear and footwear, drive inventory decisions, and produce senior reports. The role demands strong Excel, SAP/Power BI skills and a confident presence with HQ.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in sales/demand/merchandise planning or business analysis in luxury fashion.
• Strong OTB experience and forecast ownership.
• Experience with showroom or seasonal buying sessions.
• Ready-to-wear or footwear background preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP and Power BI experience.
• Confident presenter with HQ and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales plan and forecast for ready-to-wear and footwear.
• Drive OTB and inventory decisions to optimize stock and margin.
• Manage SKU-by-SKU performance, flag risks and actions.
• Collaborate with merchandising, finance, distribution and retail.
• Handle new launch planning and allocation.
• Turn data into senior-ready dashboards and reviews.
• Present to senior management regularly.
