Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a results-oriented professional to lead end-to-end delivery of operational and system implementation initiatives in Hong Kong. You will drive requirement gathering, business analysis, process design, solution assessment, and UAT while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and customer experience objectives.

You will facilitate stakeholder discussions, review solution designs for feasibility, and prepare comprehensive BRDs, process flows, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of operational and system implementation initiatives.
• Drive requirement gathering, business analysis, process design, solution assessment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure business requirements are aligned with operational principles, regulatory requirements, and customer experience objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to optimize service delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to capture business requirements.
• Review and challenge solution designs to ensure completeness, operational feasibility, and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, gap analyses, and operational procedures.
• Support business sign-off activities and ensure proper governance throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop operational readiness plans for new products, system implementations, and business initiatives.
• Coordinate training, communication, procedure updates, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure impacts to frontline operations are understood and adequately managed.
• Drive smooth transition from project implementation to BAU operations.
