Job summary

Star Shine Holdings Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Merchandising/PM professional to oversee order fulfillment, production schedules, and supplier management for footwear, bags and accessories. You will coordinate with overseas teams, manage ERP records, and ensure timely delivery to major accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in merchandising or PM within relevant product categories and fluency in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of US retailers' systems will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years merchandising or project management experience in footwear, bags & accessories and sporting goods.
• Knowledge of US market is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing order fulfillment via major US retailers' systems.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quotation pipelines, order tracking, seasonal production schedules, and factory capacity planning.

• Ensure PO information and shipping docs are accurate for customs clearance and on-time delivery.

• Prepare periodic reports to review sell-through and monitor sales performance and inventory levels.
• Develop and execute stock allocation plans to support sales and merchandising strategies.

Job description

· Oversee quotation pipelines, order tracking, seasonal production schedules, and factory capacity planning and alignment to ensure smooth delivery for major accounts in collaboration with overseas teams.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for order changes, document submissions, and logistics bookings, ensuring compliance with retailers' systems and processes.

· Ensure the accuracy of purchase order (PO) information and shipping documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery.

· Oversee merchandising activities, including sourcing, sampling, and supplier management, across order processing, production, packaging, and lead-time management.

· Maintain accurate order records in ERP systems and internal databases.

· Prepare periodic reports to review sell-through and monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels.

· Develop and execute stock allocation plans and manage inventory to support overall sales plans and merchandising strategies.

Job requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of solid merchandising or project management experience, specialzed in Footwear, Bags & Accessories and Sporing Goods.

· Knowledge in US market is preferred.

· Hands-on experience managing order fulfillment via major US retailers' systems.

· Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
