Job summary

Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co Ltd invites applications for a Leasing Officer role within our Business Development & Leasing team. You will drive tenant acquisition, develop leasing pipelines and prepare pre-leasing materials to support occupancy growth.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in commercial leasing or related fields, strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and solid Excel/PowerPoint skills. The position is a 1-year contract with renewal based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in commercial leasing, real estate, property management, business development or related fields.
• Experience in business analytics, co-working space operation, retail leasing, project management is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Job description

Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to conduct market intelligence, rental benchmarking and competitor analysis.

Experience in preparing business cases, leasing recommendations and approval papers supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Ability to compile and present leasing proposals, financial assessments and strategic recommendations to facilitate management decision-making and approval processes.

Business Development & Leasing

Proven ability to drive tenant acquisition, develop leasing pipelines and support occupancy growth.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills with occupiers, brokers, agents and other stakeholders.

Good understanding of commercial leasing practices, conveyancing processes and tenancy administration.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Experience in maintaining leasing databases/portals, occupancy statistics and pipeline reports, as well as preparing pre-leasing materials and approval submissions.

Report writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and charting) and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
