Job summary

Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co Ltd invites applications for a Leasing Officer role within our Business Development & Leasing team. You will drive tenant acquisition, develop leasing pipelines and prepare pre-leasing materials to support occupancy growth.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in commercial leasing or related fields, strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and solid Excel/PowerPoint skills. The position is a 1-year contract with renewal based on performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in commercial leasing, real estate, property management, business development or related fields.
Experience in business analytics, co-working space operation, retail leasing, project management is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Drive tenant acquisition, develop leasing pipelines and support occupancy growth.
Prepare leasing proposals, financial assessments and approval papers.
Present leasing recommendations to facilitate management decisions and approvals.
Maintain leasing databases/portals and generate occupancy statistics and pipeline reports.
