Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a capable accounting professional to collaborate with the Accounting Manager in designing workflows for new products within a new policy administrative system. You will gather requirements, support product launches, and ensure accurate accounting across workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting or business analysis experience, preferably in finance and accounting/audit.
  • Experience with project participation and UAT in life insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and product workflows.
  • Effective communication to liaise with cross-functional teams and external parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with accounting or project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, independent, self-motivated.
