Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a seasoned HNW Operations Business Analyst to mentor the team, define and document business requirements for a new core policy administration system and customer portal, and lead UAT to confirm system functionality aligns with business needs.

The role focuses on developing comprehensive operations manuals, SOPs, process maps and workflows, facilitating clear stakeholder communication, organizing project activities to hit milestones, and overseeing RFP processes

Qualifications

  • University graduate in information technology, business administration, statistics, quantitative analysis or related disciplines.
  • Around 10 years' proven experience in business analysis and project areas.
  • Solid experience in Project Management.
  • Solid experience in team management and drive the team to meet and commit the schedule.
  • Strong knowledge in operation process and procedure.
  • Strong knowledge in life insurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong and tough characters with change management and dispute resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time well.
  • Well organized, self-initiative and a good team lead and player.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the HNW Operations Business Analyst, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for the creation and implementation of a new core policy administration system and customer portal.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Operations Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflows, and guidelines.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and organize project activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Oversee the Requests for Proposals (RFPs) process, collaborating with vendors and internal teams as necessary.
  • Identify and analyze business requirements to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • To provide technical guidance on system data relationship in BAU and production support area.
