Job summary

ORIX Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled accounting professional to perform accounting and reporting, reconcile accounts, manage month-end processes and maintain key ledgers. You will ensure tax computations and banking returns comply with regulations, support internal and external audits, and back up data.

A degree in accounting and student membership in professional bodies are required, with at least 3 years in banking or financial institutions.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate reports of financial results.
• Administer account reconciliation and month-end accounting process.
• Maintain charts of accounts, fixed asset register and other accounting records.
• Perform data backup and recovery.
• Adhere to financial control requirements including preparation of banking returns and tax computation to regulatory authorities.
• Compile and present information to internal and external auditors.

Job description

Perform accounting and reporting functions encompassing the preparation of timely and accurate reports of financial results

Administer the account reconciliation and month-end accounting process
