Job summary

CITIC Pacific Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide contract administration for pre- and post-contract activities. The role involves budget control, cost planning, payments, variations, claims, final accounts and detailed cost analysis, along with preparing tenders and subcontract documents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in construction industry.
• Experience with property developer(s) and/or consulting firm is an advantage.
• Proven experience in sizable residential / commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Recognized professional qualification of HKIS / RICS or equivalent.
• Highly proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Good communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects.
• High sense of discretion, integrity and critical thinking.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
