Humansa is seeking a driven professional in Business Incubation & Corporate Development to join our growth team in Hong Kong. You will research, model, and pilot new internal ventures (0-to-1 incubation) while supporting strategic partnerships, deal structuring, and financial due diligence.

The role suits someone with about 2 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, VC, or high-growth startups who wants to blend venture building with deal execution.

Qualifications

• ~2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, VC, or startup operations/growth roles.
• Solid proficiency in Excel for financial forecasting, business case modeling, and data manipulation.
• Strong PowerPoint and storyboarding skills; ability to communicate findings clearly to senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Venture Incubation & Business Building Support: research market trends, TAM/SAM/SOM, and MVP roadmaps.
• Corporate Development & Cross-Functional Teaming: build financial models, valuations, and due diligence support for potential investments or ventures.
• Executive Projects & Strategic Planning: coordinate executive projects and prepare high-impact presentations for leadership reviews.
