Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced sales leader to drive revenue in the forwarding industry. The role emphasizes establishing strong client relationships and leading a development team across branches.

The successful candidate will formulate strategic plans, manage corporate accounts, and ensure high-quality service while pursuing new business opportunities. 18–20 days AL, discretionary bonus, and medical included.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 3 years’ working experience preferable in healthcare industry or insurance.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in third-party logistics(3PL).

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and actively pursue new business opportunities in forwarding industry.
• Lead the business development team in working closely with units & branches.
• Formulate and execute the business strategic plan.
• Explore and identify opportunities of other distribution channels.
• Handle corporate account opening and deliver high-quality service.
• Act as primary point of contact to serve clients on necessary documentation.
• Establishes and maintain business relationships.
