Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced sales and business development professional in Hong Kong to drive forwarding industry opportunities and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of 3PL, E-commerce and parcel logistics, with preference for healthcare/insurance exposure.

The candidate will work closely with business units and branches to formulate strategic plans and deliver high-quality service to corporate clients, including managing

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in 3PL/forwarding sales.
• Experience in E-commerce and small parcel logistics services.
• Healthcare/insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the business strategic plan.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and branches.
• Drive revenue and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Handle corporate account opening and deliver high-quality service.
• Act as primary point of contact to serve clients on necessary documentation.
• Explore creative ideas and develop comprehensive solutions for clients.

• Exploring opportunities and driving sales target in forwarding industry
• Experience in E-commerce and small parcel logistics services
• 3 years’ working experience preferable in healthcare industry, insurance company
• Strong interpersonal skill to facilitate effective communications
• 18-20 days AL + Discretionary Bonus + Medical Included
