Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager to provide expert, client-focused property management advice across its diverse portfolio of managed buildings. You will oversee end-to-end operations and collaborate with the Building-in-Charge to maintain service excellence for clients and tenants.

The role requires a Diploma in real estate or related discipline, 4 years' experience in a sizable property management company, and solid knowledge of local ordinances.

Qualifications

• Diploma in real estate, building management or related discipline.
• 4 years' relevant experience in a sizable property management company.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances.
• Excellent client relationship management.
• Initiative and able to work independently.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of a diverse property portfolio including commercial, residential, industrial, and serviced apartments.
