Job summary

A leading banking recruitment firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Vice President for Transaction Banking Strategy & Implementation. The successful candidate will manage various banking products, ensuring excellent customer service while identifying customers' needs to promote banking products. The role requires branch frontline experience, strong communication skills in Cantonese and English, and preferably in Mandarin. An attractive salary range of HKD 60,000 - HKD 68,000 per month is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch frontline customer service is essential.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English required, Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle various banking products including CASA, Cleaning Lending, Mortgage, Insurance, and Credit Card.
• Identify customers’ needs and cross-sell banking products.
• Make sales referrals to appropriate departments.
• Adhere to bank’s policies and work procedures.
