Job summary

Elite Concepts (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and management reporting. You will analyze trends, support POS systems, and coordinate with external auditors in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance, proficiency in Office and ERP, and strong communication in English and Chinese. Collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience; food & beverage industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and group policies.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Analyze financial trends and variances, provide insights to support business performance, monitor business unit performance, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Provide support for POS systems and payment terminals.
• Support system implementation and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, respond to changing business needs, and participate in system enhancements.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
