Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our hotel property in Hong Kong. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and adherence to brand standards and local regulations.

You will manage month-end closings, prepare monthly statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), supervise accounts payable/receivable, and support the annual budget and audits, guiding a capable Finance team toward timely, compliant results.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of account and finance experience, preferably in hotel industry.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel property's Finance Department.
• Manage month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations with thorough schedules and ageing analysis.
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and payment workflows.
• Support annual budget, audits, tax filing and statutory reporting.
