Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong invites high calibre professionals to join our team as a BIM Submission Reviewer on a fixed-term contract position. You will review contractor BIM submissions, ensure compliance with BIM standards and contract requirements, and keep airport BIM models up to date to support asset management growth.

You will provide ongoing BIM project coordination during handover and assist data integration with the Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS).

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, with at least 1 year BIM/CADD in project management.
• Design or site experience with BIM is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BIM platforms.

This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience, of which minimum of 1-year related BIM and CADD application in project management is required
• Design or site experience with BIM application is an advantage
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with good analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and BIM platforms
• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1,2) is preferred
