Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Company Limited is seeking a BIM Specialist to support 3D modeling, coordination, and 4D construction sequence simulation. The role also involves advancing BIM implementation across projects and maintaining standards and libraries.

Responsibilities include developing BIM workflows with project teams, creating training materials, and contributing to best practices for integrated delivery under tight schedules. English and Chinese proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in a related field with BIM experience.
• Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Proactive, outgoing and able to work under pressure with tight schedules.

• Co-develop BIM workflow with project team, R&D.
• Prepare training course materials, videos and user manual.
• Develop best practices and standards to facilitate integrated project delivery on BIM Process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Studies or Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related subjects.
• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline with 2 years BIM experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proactive, outgoing and initiative.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks or Solidworks will be an advantage.
