Job summary
The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) is seeking an Assistant Engineer to supervise the Preventive Maintenance Services workforce and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance work complies with applicable regulations and procedures. You will liaise with housing estate stakeholders to coordinate safety inspections and explore AI/automation to improve processes.
Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English and Chinese communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates welcome; relevant work experience is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Preventive Maintenance Services workforce.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance work complies with regulations and procedures.
- Liaise with housing estate stakeholders for safety inspection.
- Apply AI and automation to drive process and operational improvement.
- Explore emerging technologies to enhance inspection effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as delegated by superiors.
