Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; higher degree advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years post‑qualification experience in a sizable organization or tertiary institution in education.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Good IT and computer application skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning and operationalization of the School’s student admissions and student affairs for the MBBS program.
• Oversee end-to-end admissions process including events, campaigns, applications, interviews, offers and enrolment.
• Oversee student advising, development, and well-being activities.
• Coordinate committees, meetings, and interview panels; prepare documents and reference materials.
• Draft proposals and reports to advance institutional planning and goals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advance School initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data for compliance and analysis.
• Mentor and manage team members; foster collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
