HKUST Undergraduate Programs Office, HKUST Business School, seeks a Manager for the Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Team to lead admissions standards, systems, and scholarship processes. The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder communication, and project management across local and international applicants.

The successful candidate will supervise interviews, manage tools projects, and perform talks/consultations to attract high-quality students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, database management, and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams; project and vendor management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate admissions standards and supervise the admissions process.
• Manage admissions systems and databases across the admissions cycle.
• Review applications and manage admissions offers and scholarships.
• Conduct admissions data analysis and reporting to inform strategy.
• Conduct interviews and engagement activities for applicants and prospective students.
• Coordinate admissions and interview tool projects.
• Conduct admissions talks and consultation sessions.
