Qualifications

• Good university degree; preferably Master’s.
• At least 10 years’ supervisory experience in higher education or related field.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication; strong sense of responsibility and strategic awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior administrative, executive and clerical staff in supporting undergraduate assessment tasks.
• Develop assessment policies and procedures aligned with curricular reforms; oversee examinations and release results.
• Support teaching and learning initiatives to enhance student development.
