• Conduct CRM data analysis, present findings and observation
• Provide insights and translate into qualitative insight
• Perform and distribute periodical consumer management reports and dashboards, monitoring KPI
• Responsible for database maintenance and validate data accuracy
• Provide consumers trends and analysis and propose target audience for marketing purpose
• Plan and implement Clienteling & Client development strategy & initiatives
• Develop CRM engagement program and planning of VIP events
• Organize seasonal gifting
• Support in-store events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• At least 8 years of CRM experience in Retail / Beauty / Luxury Fashion / W&J industry
• Sensitive to numbers with strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
