Job summary

Bank of Communications (Hong HK) Limited is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Banking Services to support Private Bankers with administrative tasks and client servicing in Hong Kong. The role involves handling enquiries, processing account opening documents, KYC filing, and coordinating with internal teams on trade processing, settlements, and remittances.

Degree with 3 years front-line wealth management experience preferred; fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese with good

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bankers in providing administrative support and updated market information to clients
• Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and instructions, and daily operations such as collecting documents for account opening and maintaining proper documentation (KYC, filing, etc.)
• Work closely with internal departments to monitor the entire trade processing, including system input, settlement arrangement, client confirmation and remittance

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bankers in providing administrative support and updated market information to clients

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above with 3 years of front‑line banking experience in Wealth Management
• Good understanding of the financial industry and products
• Fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese
• Strong self‑motivation and ability to work under pressure; proven organising skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
