Job summary

Fruit Design and Build Ltd. is seeking an Assistant for the Team Head to support maintenance, A&A and renovation projects at our Hong Kong office.

Candidate will coordinate with E&M consultants, structural engineers and quantity surveyors, assist feasibility studies, and prepare contract documents. Diploma in Building Surveying or related field is required; 1 year’ experience preferred; strong English/Chinese communication and AutoCAD skills essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Building Surveying/Building Studies/Civil Construction Management or equivalent.
• 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible and good communication skills.
• Attendance of meetings outside office hours may be required.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job description

Co-ordinate with various sub-consultants (E&M consultant, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, etc) to facilitate maintenance, A & A and renovation works;

Carry out feasibility studies and prepare contractual documentations for maintenance, A&A and renovation projects.

Requirements :

Diploma or high diploma in Building Surveying /Building Studies/Civil Construction Management or equivalent;

Having 1 years of working experience in related disciplines is preferred;

Self-motivated, responsible and good communication skill;

Attendance of meeting out of office hours may be required;

Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;

Good PC skill including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint plus Auto CAD;

Immediateavailable is highly preferred.
