Job summary

Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd. is seeking a Building Surveyor to conduct building condition surveys and diagnose defects across investment properties. The role involves managing maintenance and renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with government mandatory orders.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, property management companies and tenants to deliver timely, quality results. Strong English and Chinese proficiency and PC skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Services, Property Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in building maintenance and renovation work.
• Experience in handling mandatory orders and minor works related to buildings is an advantage.
• Proficiency in PC applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
