Job summary

HKBN is seeking an Assistant / Assistant Officer in Talent Services to act as HRBP, providing consultative talent advice to function heads and driving engagement initiatives in a fast-paced regional team.

The role covers recruitment, data maintenance, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration to align people strategies with business goals. Fluency in English and Chinese, team spirit and proactive mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Management or related discipline preferred.
• 2-3 years of Recruitment/Account Serving/HRBP experience in sizable companies preferred.
• Proactive, quality-driven, organized, resourceful and a team player.
• Excellent English and Chinese written and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Less experience may be considered as Talent Services Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Act as HRBP and talent engagement advisor to business heads.
• Provide full spectrum of Talent Engagement including recruitment and data maintenance.
• Assist section head in driving talent practices, procedures and policies.
• Support Talent Engagement initiatives and projects as assigned.

About this role

• Act as business driver and HRBP role to offer consultative and professional talent advices and solutions to other business functions heads on all Talent Engagement related matters and market information updates
• Provide full spectrum of Talent Engagement functions such as talent acquisition and other talent services including but not limited to maintenance of Talent data, resolving Talent Management enquires in a professional manner
• Assist section head in collaborating with business functions to drive business strategies and objectives by formulating new Talent Engagement practices, procedures and policies
• Assist in Talent Engagement initiatives and projects as assigned

About You

• Bachelors Degree, Degree in HRM, Business Management or relevant discipline is an advantage
• Around 2-3 years of solid Recruitment/ Account Serving / HR Business Partner experience in multinational or sizable companies is preferred
• Proactive, quality-driver, organized, resourceful and a team player
• Excellent English and Chinese written and communication skills is a huge advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in MS Office applications
• Less experience may be considered as Talent Services Assistant
