Job summary

Mani Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Accounts Manager/Senior Accounts Officer to handle general finance and accounting operations, including journal entries, vendor bills, and payments. You will manage full sets of accounts with bank reconciliations and financial schedules, and conduct regular analyses to ensure data integrity.

Prepare regular budgets/forecasts with recommendations, perform variance analysis, and participate in annual audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working experience in retail operation is an asset.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of TecE system will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
