Otsuka Pharmaceutical (H.K.) Ltd is seeking an Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting for the HQ in Japan. The role emphasizes month-end closing, ERP enhancements, and process improvements in a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, strong Excel skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Student membership of HKICPA, ACCA, or another professional accounting body is an advantage.
• Knowledge of month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, or financial analysis is an advantage.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with more experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support the Supervisor in preparing periodic financial reports for headquarters in Japan.
• Assist in preparing financial analysis, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc reports for management review and decision-making.
• Assist in ERP system enhancement, process improvement, digitalization, and automation projects.
• Participate in financial reporting and internal control processes to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
