TAI HING WORLDWIDE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Accounting Manager to oversee the accounts receivable team. The role focuses on accurate accounting for sales, AR, coupons and asset-related items, while leading a small team.

You will participate in month-end closing, reconcile data across CRM, POS, bank statements and merchant gateways, enforce credit control, and drive process improvements for revenue and asset cycles.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting.
• ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• F&B sector experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Power Query, advanced formulas, or macros).
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily/monthly reconciliation of sales data against bank statements, CRM, POS systems and merchant gateways.
• Enforce credit control policy and manage AR aging and collections.
• Track and reconcile digital/physical coupons/vouchers.
• Assist to manage asset-related items like prepayments and fixed assets.
• Participate in month-end closing, including P&L review and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements for revenue & asset-related cycles.
