Job summary

TJI is seeking an experienced AR professional to join our finance team in Hong Kong. You will manage daily accounts receivable activities, reconcile payments, and support system implementations to improve processes and accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in accounting or related field, has at least 1 year in F&B or retail, and demonstrates strong organization, bilingual communication in English and Chinese, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or any related disciplines.
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the F&B or retail industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Chinese Word processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounts receivable accounting activities
• Perform daily sales reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies with stores, departments, and third-party payment platforms
• Maintain sales records and accounts receivable transactions
• Support AR system implementation projects, including UAT, process enhancement initiatives, and post-go-live stabilization activities
• Prepare AR reports, analyses, and KPI dashboards to support management decision-making and performance monitoring
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing AR standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal control processes
• Process sales refunds and petty cash reimbursements for stores
• Calculate turnover rent in accordance with lease agreements
• Update accounts receivable schedules for month-end closing
• Provide administrative support for daily AR operations
