Royal Caviar Club Limited in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Accountant / Accountant to join its finance team. You will handle a dynamic mix of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory accounting duties in a fast-paced retail, wholesale, and e-commerce environment.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to liaise with internal teams and overseas partners.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a similar finance and operations role.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
Experience with cloud-based accounting software and inventory management systems.
Familiarity with modern e-commerce platforms and multi-currency payment gateways.

Responsabilités

Issue sales invoices for local and international clients and inter-company entities.
Perform bank reconciliations for wholesale invoices across multiple currencies.
Reconcile retail and online sales across e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
Process and record customer payments, manage bank-ins, and maintain payment records.
Process supplier invoices, petty cash, staff reimbursements, and commissions.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closing tasks including depreciation and prepayments.
Assist with intercompany reconciliations and annual external audits.
