Job summary

Li Ho Ventures Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our growing team in Central, Hong Kong. You will handle daily finance operations, data entry, invoicing, and assist in monthly closing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting or auditing experience, a Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting or auditing experience preferred.
• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline.
• Self-motivated, proactive and hardworking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operations, inventory reconciliation and reimbursement claims.
• Perform routine accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing and filing.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting and year-end closing.
• Support ERP and financial systems development and implementation for accurate reporting.
• Conduct regular stock takes at the HK warehouse.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The Group mainly operates a wine business and investment activities in Hong Kong. As a growing business, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our accounting team and support day-to-day finance and operational processes. Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to established procedures are essential. The position is based in Central.

Responsibilities

Handle daily finance operations, inventory reconciliation, and reimbursement claims

Perform routine accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing, and filing

Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and year-end closing in accordance with company policy

Support ERP and financial systems development and implementation to ensure accurate reporting

Perform regular stock takes at the Hong Kong warehouse

Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

2 years or above of accounting or auditing experience preferred

Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy (or related discipline)

Self-motivated, proactive, and hardworking

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

Immediate availability is highly preferred
