Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules, account analyses and financial reports.
• Assist with accounts payable activities and ensure transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with established controls.
• Assist with cost control, inventory reconciliations and financial data reviews to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate audit schedules, supporting documentation and compliance requirements for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Talent & Culture and other stakeholders to support business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to support the accounting and financial operations across our three private clubs business unit in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for general ledger support, journal processing, month-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable administration, financial reporting support and audit coordination, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial records across the cluster.
