Job summary

SGS Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the Fashion & Textile sector in Hong Kong.

You will achieve sales and revenue targets through account growth, cross-selling and up-selling of SGS services; understand customer needs, handle inquiries, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Textile, Science, or related disciplines.
• 6–8 years of account management, sales, or business development experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing; good written/speaking English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Experience in testing, inspection, certification, textile or related industries is a plus.

Requirements

Degree holder in Business, Textile, Science, or related disciplines.

6–8 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.

Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.

Experience in testing, inspection, certification, textile, or related industries is an advantage.
