Job summary

Urban Property Management Limited is seeking an estate administration professional in Hong Kong to manage day-to-day operations, document tenant information accurately, and issue job orders while monitoring status. The role includes handling tenant complaints and inquiries and supervising junior staff with on-the-job training.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, totaling 5–5.5 days per week with 9 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Experience in daily estate/office administration.
• Ability to document tenant information accurately.
• Experience supervising junior staff and providing training.
